I’m Marli. I’m an Energy Intelligence™ Expert, Keynote Speaker and Podcast Host.

My journey into becoming a transformational speaker began as a camp counselor, where I first discovered the magic of creating meaningful experiences that bring people together and change people's lives.

Since then, I’ve spent over two decades studying leadership and mastering the art of facilitation, earning a Master’s Degree in Education, and working with thousands of leaders, changemakers, and organizations across the country to help them elevate their energy and amplify their impact so they can Lead Fully Charged.
